Warranty and Return Conditions
Spare Parts: Products that are not used alone and are considered as a complement/part of another product are evaluated as spare parts. The minimum legal product warranty of 2 years does not apply to products considered under the spare parts category due to these characteristics. All products under the spare parts category have specific warranty periods determined for them. These periods are specified below.
All Other Products: All products without a warranty card and outside the scope of spare parts will be replaced with a new one if found defective on first use. In all replacement processes, the product, along with any accessories provided, packaging, and packing materials must not be physically damaged.
General Information: To enable a defect replacement of a product you purchased within the framework of the above conditions, you must notify your return/exchange request and receive approval. Product exchange/return requests made without approval will not be accepted. The necessary procedure will be communicated to you after your request.
Shipping Fee: For defective product exchange transactions, the shipping fee is borne by the customer when sending and by our company when returning.

Notebook Adapter: 24 Months
Notebook Screen: 12 Months
Notebook Keyboard: 6 Months
Notebook Fan: 3 Months
Notebook Hinge: 3 Months
Notebook DC Jack: 3 Months
Notebook Case and Parts: 3 Months
Notebook LVDS Cables: 3 Months
Notebook Touch Panels: 3 Months
The warranty period for all other consumer electronics is 24 Months.
