Motorcycle Courier Service Details

• For orders within Istanbul, the courier fee is determined based on your district.
• Courier fees are displayed at checkout when you select the motorcycle courier option.
• Motorcycle courier service is available until 17:00 (5 PM). Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next morning.
• For returns/exchanges of orders delivered by motorcycle courier, the buyer is responsible for sending the product back to our warehouse.
• Currently, this service is only available for our dealers.
• List of districts served by motorcycle courier is provided below.

Shipping & Delivery Information

All orders from notebookyedek.com are shipped via our contracted courier or, if available in your area, by motorcycle courier.

How Should I Receive My Package?

• Courier drivers are often in a hurry and may want to leave immediately after delivery.
• DO NOT SIGN the delivery receipt before inspecting the package.
• Check if the box is damaged due to shipping before signing.
• If the box is damaged:
  • Do not sign any documents.
  • Request an official damage report from the courier and return the package.
  • We will immediately ship a replacement.
• If you accept a damaged package, notebookyedek.com is not responsible for any product damage or missing items inside.

Is the Delivered Package Damaged?

• If the package appears deformed or suspicious, open it in front of the courier before signing.
• If everything looks fine, sign the delivery receipt.
• If the products inside are damaged:
  • Do not accept the delivery.
  • Request a damage report from the courier.
  • Return the products to notebookyedek.com for replacement.

Faulty, Crushed, Broken, or Damaged Delivery

• The courier company's responsibility is to deliver your order safely.
• If the product is damaged, you can file a report at the courier's branch.
• Once the product reaches us with the report, we will process an immediate exchange.

Shipping Fees

• Standard shipping fee:107.50 TL + VAT (129 TL incl. VAT).
• FREE shipping on orders 2,900 TL and above.
